Nacho Nwana

Chief Product Officer, Co-Founder

Nacho Nwana is a visionary entrepreneur and educator. After serving as four-year class president at MIT, Nacho started his first venture coaching MIT professors on presentations given to country governments and Fortune 500 executives. Nacho serves as the associate dean of Take the World Fellowship where he has designed and teaches a Design Curriculum to high school students across the world. Nacho additionally serves on the Board of Advisors for The Talent Transformation Foundation.

Gunjan Aggarwal

Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Gunjan brings her 14 years of experience in the education industry with Learn with Leaders. A CA by profession, Gunjan holds an MBA degree from ISB, Hyderabad, and is passionate about her goal of bringing Ivy-quality learning to every student across the globe. Gunjan has provided operational excellence and exceptional design.

For her focussed dedication and efforts, Gunjan was named one of the ‘50 Most Talented Social Media Professionals of India’ by the prestigious CMO Asia & Youth Marketing Forum. She is also awarded the World Women Leadership Award, 2017 by the World HRD Congress and Femina.

Bejoy Suri

Chief Marketing Officer, Co-Founder

Bejoy is an MBA from ISB, Hyderabad, and holds a degree in Masters in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. During his Masters at the Delhi School of Economics, he received the Professor Balbir and Ranjan Singh scholarships. His 14 years of knowledge in the educational field is truly commendable as he builds on this experience by being one of the guiding forces behind Valfee.

Preston Silverman

CEO, RaiseMe

Preston is an experienced entrepreneur and CEO with a passion for leveraging technology to improve education, financial services, and real estate. Currently advising and investing in early stage ventures within Education, Finance, and PropTech. Also having some fun remodeling hotels and homes in Austin and San Francisco.

Laurel Donnellan

Founder and Podcaster at Compassionate Leaders Circle

Laurel Donnellan is a compassionate leadership and career change expert with experience coaching and consulting with individuals and organizations including the University of Denver, Cornell University, Toyota, Disney, Viacom, and the New York City Board of Education. She has dedicated the last thirty years to researching, developing, and validating change models that help people find work they love and help organizations provide lovable work.

Laurel is a contributor to Forbes where she writes about Compassionate Leadership and hosts the Compassionate Leaders Circle Podcast where she interviews leaders from all sectors impacting their organizations and communities through kindness and purpose. 

Laurel specializes in career, leadership, and organizational development that improves engagement and has designed programs for corporate universities, schools, universities, an ashram, and a prison. She has published several books and has been featured on NPR and worked with executives in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia

Lori Breslow

MIT Sloan, Senior Lecturer Communication

Lori Breslow is a Senior Lecturer in Managerial Communication at the MIT Sloan School of Management.She was the founding director of MIT Teaching and Learning Laboratory (TLL) from 1997 to 2015. TLL serves the Institute as part of the office of the Dean for Undergraduate Education.

Breslow's research focuses on the development and impact of pedagogical, curricular, and technological innovations in higher education. As TLL’s director, she was responsible for designing, leading or supervising over 80 studies on educational change.

Lukman Ramsey

Head of Public Sector

Lukman Ramsey is global head of solutions for the Public Sector in Google Cloud, with a focus on smart analytics and AI-based solutions for education and government. Formerly he was the ML/AI Solutions lead, working with customers across Google Cloud to enable business applications in AI and ML. He also speaks regularly at conferences around the world about Google’s AI technology, such as the keynote at the World AI Summit, the Disney Datathon, McKinsey Analytics Forum, and Google Cloud NEXT conferences.

Mentors

Matt Tibbitts

Matt Tibbitts is a junior in Eliot House. Matt studies applied mathematics and economics alongside environmental science and public policy. Matt has previously served as the Secretariat for the Harvard Student Agencies MUN and is currently serving as president of the senate in Harvard Model Congress. Matt is currently working as a legislative director in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. In his senior year of high school, he was elected to the Massachusetts Board of Elementary and Secondary Education where he represented over 954,000 students, spoke at numerous education conferences, and was published in a national policy journal. In his free time, Matt can be found playing board games with his friends or playing the drums.

Austin Young

Austin Young is an Ed. M. candidate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in the program for Learning Design, Innovation, and Technology. Before Valfee, Austin served in Teach for America and worked as an educator at Grizzlies Prep, the all-boys public charter school affiliated with the Memphis Grizzlies NBA organization. Over four years, Austin served as a teacher, librarian, and founded an enrichment program for the school's advanced learners. This program stemmed from his experience coaching the school's debate team, which he coached to national awards and first place championships in the Metro-Memphis Urban Debate League. Austin takes his experience coaching novice public speakers to his work in research and market strategy at Valfee.

Theo Harper

Theo is a sophomore at Harvard College from London in the United Kingdom. He is studying History with a particular focus on modern European diplomatic History and is considering a secondary concentration in Economics. Theo is particularly interested in international relations and has been involved in MUN since high school travelling with Harvard’s competitive team and working on both Harvard’s high school and college MUN conferences. Theo chairs Harvard’s Political Union debating pressing (and not-so-pressing) issues. He also works on the Harvard Undergraduate Foreign Policy Initiative and volunteers with one of Harvard’s teaching programs helping to educate middle schoolers in their civic rights. In his free time, Theo enjoys reading, rowing, listening to cheesy ‘80s music, and walking his excitable cocker spaniel. He has worked with LWL since the summer of 2022 and is looking forward to continuing his work.
